Introduction

Pomino ("we", "us", "our") is developed by Pragmatiq. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how Pomino handles your information.

Short version: it doesn't collect any.

Data Collection

Pomino does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. Specifically, there are:

  • No analytics frameworks
  • No advertising SDKs
  • No third-party trackers
  • No personally identifiable information
  • No device identifiers
  • No usage telemetry

Local Storage

Pomino stores minimal data locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults:

  • Completed sessions today (integer counter)
  • Started sessions today (integer counter)
  • Last active date (for daily counter reset)
  • Notification permission card dismissed state (boolean)

This data never leaves your device, is not backed up to iCloud, and is automatically deleted when you uninstall the app.

Notifications

Pomino uses local notifications to alert you when a focus session or break ends. These notifications are processed entirely on your device. No notification data is sent to any server. You can disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings.

In-App Purchases

Pomino Pro is available as a one-time in-app purchase ($2.99). All payment processing is handled by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive, store, or have access to your payment information, credit card details, or billing address. Purchase verification is handled cryptographically by Apple's transaction system.

Third-Party Services

Pomino uses no third-party services, SDKs, frameworks, or APIs beyond Apple's native iOS frameworks (SwiftUI, UserNotifications, StoreKit). No data is shared with any third party.

Children's Privacy

Pomino does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The app is safe for users of all ages.

Your Rights

You have full control over your data. Since all data is stored locally, uninstalling Pomino permanently deletes all stored data. There is no account to delete and no data to request.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of Pomino after changes constitutes acceptance.
