Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Pomino, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Description of Service
Pomino is a Pomodoro technique timer application for iOS. It provides 25-minute focus sessions with automatic break scheduling. The app is available as a free download with an optional paid upgrade (Pomino Pro).
License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Pomino for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
Free and Pro Tiers
The free tier includes all core features with a limit of 3 focus sessions per day. Pomino Pro ($2.99, one-time purchase) removes this daily limit. Pro is a non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple.
Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed by Apple. We do not handle any payment information directly. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple per their App Store refund policies. We have no ability to process refunds directly.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
Intellectual Property
Pomino, including its design, code, icons, and branding, is the intellectual property of Pragmatiq. All rights reserved. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRAGMATIQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF POMINO. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Pomino at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective when posted. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
