Common Issues
Notifications not working
Pomino needs notification permission to alert you when sessions end. Go to iOS Settings > Pomino > Notifications and make sure they're enabled. Also check that "Time Sensitive Notifications" is turned on.
Session limit reached
The free tier includes 3 focus sessions per day. Your counter resets at midnight. To remove this limit, upgrade to Pomino Pro ($2.99, one-time) from the app.
Restore a purchase
If you've purchased Pomino Pro and need to restore it on a new device, open Pomino > Settings > Restore Purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Timer not working in background
Pomino uses scheduled notifications to alert you when sessions end, even in the background. Make sure notifications are enabled. The timer display will update when you return to the app.
